Farndon Community Club is managed by Farndon Community Trust, a registered charity.  It is the aim of the Trust to make the Club accessible for sporting and social activities for residents of Farndon and surrounding villages. FCT are always looking for individuals who are willing to become involved by organising or helping to run activities at the Club. This is a club for the village and your continued support will ensure that it succeeds in its aims.

Interested In Tai Chi?

Would you like to learn Tai Chi? Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, everyone is welcome to join us in exploring this relaxing and health-boosting practice.

Winter Wander Round

The Winter Wander Round offers a delightful chance to embrace the season while connecting with fellow community members.

 

This event invites participants to explore the scenic countryside, basking in the crisp winter air and stunning natural beauty of the local area. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a refreshing walk, this gathering is perfect for all ages and abilities.

 

With a friendly atmosphere and a focus on socialising, the walk not only promotes physical well-being but also fosters a stronger sense of community spirit. Complimentary bacon butties and hot drinks will be provided by The Raven.

New Fitness Classes Starting Soon!

New fitness classes at Farndon Community Centre starting 8th Jan. 2025'

 

Wednesdays 7-8pm Boxing & Abs!

Combination of core exercises and boxing drills, with a bit of skipping thrown in!

Often working in pairs, boxing gloves, pads, mats etc. provided but feel free to bring your own.

Fun, Fitness and stress relief in one workout!

 

Thursdays 7-8pm H.I.T.T. (High intensity interval training).

Body weight exercises working on strength, stability, balance and agility!

Your body is the gym and all exercises can be toned up or down to suit all abilities!

 

Classes are limited to 20 spaces so booking is recommended!
